Service was excellent from start to finish. Fries are a perfect 10/10 and the sauces are just as good (Korean BBQ is my favorite). The pickles on the chicken sandwich were amazing too. The chicken itself was a little dry and not super flavorful — you really need the sauces to carry it, which is a bit of a letdown for a chicken spot. That said, the chicken fingers are huge and you definitely get plenty of food. I’d go back just for the fries and pickles. Solid 4/5 overall.

A "Restaurants Near Me" search led us here during our trip. Fantastic find! The vibrant colors captured us as we parked, and one of the employees graciously held the door open. Sweet! Deciding what to order was a task, as everything looks appealing. Clear signage and descriptions by the Host made it easier, and I'd have ordered everything if I were undisciplined. We dined in, and the metal serving trays were perfect! We ordered sandwiches - Nashville Hot, Korean BBQ & Cheesy BBQ. The large fries can feed WAAAAY more than 3 people, but we took them down like champions. Cajun seasoning was just right. Leaving without custard would've been improper, so we got 4 pints. Excellent service, start to finish. Keep up the great work!

We love this place!! Everyone here is super kind, and are always looking out for you. They also give out free samples for the food and are generally nice. The food is so great, the chicken tenders are the crispiest, and chewy they could ever be and it it such a good meal. Their desserts are very good too as well as their ice creams ( very soft like custards), the food is also fresh and has good quality ingredients! The environment is great and everyone makes you feel happy, as a customer I love this place and I reccomend it a lot!

Food was amazing. Sorry for my half eaten pictures I realized I needed to take pictures halfway through demolishing the sandwich and fries. OK, I had no idea about this place never heard about it so I went in on a whim. I was not disappointed they exceeded my expectations. Customer service is excellent. Everyone check on and sees if there’s anything that you need. What I noticed most about this chicken sandwich was that it wasn’t heavy and oily. I’m sure this is because they use peanut oil and the overall sand just was very very, very crispy and delicious and actually seasoned. I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, which didn’t taste very spicy at first, but the heat definitely creeps up on you which I really liked.The rosemary pepper fries are a must for any sandwich. I highly recommend coming here and I wish there was one closer to me, but I guess I’ll have to drive to Hoover because I need this weekly.

Amazing service and great tasting chicken. Chicken fingers were juicy and the breading was crispy and just perfect. The employees are friendly and very attentive.

Super Chix Greystone takes the Chick-fil-A model and improves it in every way. The food is fresh and delicious everytime, the staff is hospitable, the restaurant is very clean. The sauce bar is a nice touch, and their homemade sauces go very good with the juicy chicken. Be warned: unlike other eating establishments, when their menu says large fry, they mean LARGE (one large fry is pictured below). The fries are fresh, delicious, and go great with their ranch. Big shout out to the staff here, we will be visiting again.
